Highly recommended

Still love the doors, over a year after receiving them. Brilliant service - Adam extremely helpful. Paintiing and finishing service made life so much easier with so much else to worry about in the build. Adam suggested that we order the doors early to ensure that they could be painted and finished in time, and then very kindly held them until we were ready for them. Great quality doors - handles were also great quality at amazingly reasonable cost. Have recommended Kaybee doors to numerous people already who have asked about the doors.

Brilliant!

I ordered replacement interior doors for my entire house earlier in the year. They are the Canterbury style, pre-painted in white. I have an house with a variety of non-standard door sizes, and you were extremely helpful with me on the phone, helping me to ensure I was ordering the correct sizes, and providing advice for the odder size openings, which I passed on to my carpenter.

The doors arrived promptly and very well-packaged. My carpenter said they were extremely well-made and very easy to work with. His only comment was that usually there is a little mark to show the side for the latch to be fitted, which had presumably been painted over - but it didn't matter as he could easily work it out anyway.

I am delighted with the final effect - from years of dull mahogany-varnished gloom to a bright, light interior. They are easy to clean sticky or coal-y marks off (from the kids and husband, not me of course!). I would recommend these doors, and your company, to anyone and would certainly use you again.

Fantastic service

From very helpful Adam who took order on 10th of November to the transport company who promised delivery between 10 and 12 on 15th November (arrived 11.10am!) this must rank as one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Door exactly as required so all that remains is painting and fitting. If I ever need another one I wont hesitate to use Kaybee. Incidentally have you ever checked customer comments on other suppliers websites? I'm sure you will be encouraged by the insults posted! All in all I have now joined your band of very happy customers

Outstanding service

In today's world it is sadly very rare to find such helpful service, Adam was brilliant, within 20 minutes he had confirmed an order to Devon which would arrive the following day!! (Not many people would put themselves out like that, we are so grateful. The prouct has clearly not arrived yet but given the high quality efficient service so far I can't forsee a problem. I needed 14 doors of differing sizes. Adam worked it all out, gave me a price (which included a discount) and arranged delivery. Everything was perfect. Super doors (now being stained with 3 coats on each!!). Delivery exactly as agreed and perfectly packed on pallet. Thank you Adam for a professional and really helpful job.

Couldn't ask for more

No hassle from sales men, great help when i had selected a door, told me all wanted know from the price to the time and date of fitting. The door was delivered on a Friday by the joiner and he told me he would see me on Monday at 8am. Joiner arrived on the Monday at 8am prompt, the door was hung and the area cleaned and joiner was on his way at 9-30am
Dont think you would get better service anywhere than i got from Kaybee for doors, many thanks to your staff in the shop and to your joiner for all he done and for many tips who also told me i made a brilliant cup of coffee.

Hi all,
Just wanted to say a big thank you to Adam for the help and advice he gave me. After looking at a few sites which were a little awkward to understand I decided to call yourselves (on the freephone number of course) and had the good fortune to speak to Adam who gave me some sound advice and actually managed to save me over £200 in the process.
