Brilliant!

I ordered replacement interior doors for my entire house earlier in the year. They are the Canterbury style, pre-painted in white. I have an house with a variety of non-standard door sizes, and you were extremely helpful with me on the phone, helping me to ensure I was ordering the correct sizes, and providing advice for the odder size openings, which I passed on to my carpenter.

The doors arrived promptly and very well-packaged. My carpenter said they were extremely well-made and very easy to work with. His only comment was that usually there is a little mark to show the side for the latch to be fitted, which had presumably been painted over - but it didn't matter as he could easily work it out anyway.

I am delighted with the final effect - from years of dull mahogany-varnished gloom to a bright, light interior. They are easy to clean sticky or coal-y marks off (from the kids and husband, not me of course!). I would recommend these doors, and your company, to anyone and would certainly use you again.

Fantastic Door

I was searching the internet looking for a stunning eye catching door for my new house and I found it at Kaybee Doors, after reading all the comments and speaking with Richard who was extremely helpful I ordered the Maryland door unfortunately it was out of stock but I had the door within 2 weeks.

Everyone who has seen the door has loved it and I have no problem with recommending Kaybee Doors as the product and service is fantastic.

We found Kaybee doors on the internet a couple of years ago whilst re-furbishing our bungalow - I particularly needed some pine solid and opaque glazed contemporary doors. I must say we were very pleased with the quality and they were perfect for the job. So when it came to sourcing some oak contemporary doors for our new build, there was no contest. No hassle from sales men, great help when i had selected a door, told me all wanted know from the price to the time and date of fitting. The door was delivered on a Friday by the joiner and he told me he would see me on Monday at 8am. Joiner arrived on the Monday at 8am prompt, the door was hung and the area cleaned and joiner was on his way at 9-30am
Dont think you would get better service anywhere than i got from Kaybee for doors, many thanks to your staff in the shop and to your joiner for all he done and for many tips who also told me i made a brilliant cup of coffee.

First Class Service

I chose Kaybee doors because of all the favourable comments I read, and I am happy to add another. They were extremely helpful, informative and friendly. I placed my order for five Downham doors just before a long Bank holiday and expected a reasonable delay, but was surprised and really pleased when the doors arrived a week later. Even the transporation company was a pleasure to deal with, narrowing the delivery time to within an hour and a half, which saved me from waiting around all day. If only other companies were as easy to deal with!

Paintiing and finishing service made life so much easier with so much else to worry about in the build. Palermo doors

Fantastic service

From very helpful Adam who took order on 10th of November to the transport company who promised delivery between 10 and 12 on 15th November (arrived 11.10am!) this must rank as one of the best companies I have ever dealt with. Door exactly as required so all that remains is painting and fitting. If I ever need another one I wont hesitate to use Kaybee.
