To cater for the majority of requirements VUFOLD is offered in six sizes.
6' Version - equates to an outer frame size 1790mm Wide x 2090mm High.
The 6' doorset comprises three doors which all simultaneously fold open together. Simply unlock the set, open the internal drop bolts and the set glides open with a gental push. Additionally, mindful of the need to satisfy typical "daily use", the third door hinges open and closed for easy access, meaning routine every day chores like letting pets out or hanging out the washing can be done with ease.
8' Version - equates to an outer frame size 2390mm Wide x 2090mm High.
As with the 6'set, the 8' set also comprises three doors, operates in exactly the same way and similarly incorprates a highly practical "daily access door".
10' Version - equates to an outer frame size 2990mm Wide x 2090mm High.
A slightly different configuration to the 6' and 8' sets, the 10' set comprises four doors. Three doors fold open together and one door is separatley hinges to use as a daily access door. A "French door" arrangement is also possible by opening the daily access door along with the adjacent leaf. Both the daily access door and the three folding doors can be opened at the same time, to acheive the widest possible opening. Simply open the access door, open the internal drop bolts on the three folding doors and the set glides open with a gentle push.
12' Version - equates to an outer frame size 3590mm Wide x 2090mm High.
All five doors comprising this doorset open and fold together, either left or right. Simply unlock the set, open the internal drop bolts and the set glides open with a push. One of the doors xan also be used separately as a daily access door.
14' Version - equates to an outer frame size 4190mm Wide x 2090mm High.
This set comprises six doors, three open to the left and the other three open to the right. This design means that the two middle doors can be opened separately, creating a wide access "French door" arrangement in the middle of the set. There is also a convenient daily access door. Simply unlock the daily access door, open the internal drop bolts and the two mirror image sets will glide open with a push, one set to the left, the other to the right.
NB
The "daily access door" can swing around almost 180 degrees on the 6', 8' 12', 14' & sets. On the 10' set, the swing of the daily access door is restricted to 90 degrees.
All VUFOLD doors are 44mm thick.

All VUFOLD doors include the frame, locks, hinges and handles (chrome) and double glazing which is part L compliant. All Vufold now come with a metal end cill on the outside (for longevity) and timber on the inside.
*All VuFolds come with a 10 year Manufacturers warranty
*You must recoat the doors once a year using medium or high build microporus wood finishes like Sikkens or Sadolin.
