New internal doors make life more stable

Thanks to the prices of property being unstable, families who would have liked to move to a larger house have to turn their hand to expanding their present home or start renovating their original rooms, making more room if possible.

Storage in a home has always been a main factor when looking at properties. Yet what was considered satisfactory a few years ago for a couple may not be once children are born.

There are ways to create more space in bedrooms, instead of storing clothes and bedding in wardrobes, at the same time trying to avoid banging your knees against the open doors. Choosing new internal sliding doors is the answer to your problem with storage.

Start by removing existing doors of your fitted wardrobes in any of your bedrooms; the idea is to replace them with new internal sliding doors, which in essence divides up the room, leaving you more room to walk around your bedroom.

If you have no fitted wardrobes in your bedroom, this can still work. Remove the doors of your free standing wardrobe; use the remaining cabinet as a bench mark, placing it against the wall.

Purchase more wood and continue the framework by building it until it reaches the other far end wall, with either adjustable shelves or hanging rails.

Once the framework is complete, you are ready to fit your new internal sliding doors and create more storage in a brand new wardrobe.

At Kaybee Doors, we have a wide range of space saving internal sliding doors.
