If your order has already been dispatched or delivered you will need to follow our returns procedure.
If the door is returned to us we will offer you a full refund as long as you have contacted us by email. You will receive a full refund providing you have returned the goods to us within 60 days of receiving them. If we receive the product and it is not in the same condition we sent it or it has missing components we will charge you for the cost of the missing components.
We will make the refund no later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods. We will refund through the same payment system that was used for your purchase. If an exchange of goods is required we will charge again for delivery at the full rate.
The customer will be responsible to pay the return carriage costs (*Please note that if you request us to collect your goods we will charge twice the original delivery charge). When goods are returned they must be wrapped in such a way they will not get damaged in transit.
If we paint, stain or prime a door for a customer we will not accept the return of the product unless there is a fault or damage that has been reported with 48 hours of receiving the door.
*Please note we can only accept items if they are in their original packaging, which must be undamaged. Also the items themselves must not be damaged. You must also send us your return request in writing by email. We will not be able to accept returns after 14 days if the item(s) have been specially ordered.
*DUE TO COVID-19, DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY FROM THE DELIVERY TIME DISPLAYED ON OUR WEBSITE. WE WOULD STONGLY ADVISE THAT YOU CONTACT US BEFORE ORDERING TO CHECK THE STOCK AVAILABILITY, AS LIKE ALL OTHER BUSINESSES OUR SUPPLIERS ARE FINDING IT HARD TO OBTAIN STOCK AT THE MOMENT. We offer delivery as a non profitable service to our customers. You pay what we pay. We actually charge less than cost price!

*We charge £40 (including vat) for the first door to all areas on the UK mainland.
(except Liverpool and Warrington which have fixed prices due to their location).

Extra doors are charged at £10 (Incl Vat) (including vat) each.
**We cap the maximum charge to most areas at £99 (Incl VAT) (including vat)
Delivery to AB, and IV postcodes will be charged at £60 (Incl VAT) for the first door.
**We are not able to cap charges for the following postcodes: IV, DD, KW, PH, TQ.
Hardware will be charged at £10 (Incl VAT) fixed rate.
All pairs of doors will be charged at £50 (Incl VAT) per set.
Folding Sliding Doors will be charged at £60 (Incl VAT) per set.
*We are not able to provide a price cap for some remote areas.
*Capping excludes folding sliding doors, room dividers, pairs, and express delivery.
Hardware, Locks etc
Hardware will be charged at £10 (Incl VAT) fixed rate.
If you want to use a carrier of your choice, you do so at your own risk. Unfortunately we are not able to accept any claims for damage caused by your carrier.
If your door requires painting or staining please add 2-3 weeks to the standard delivery times (due to COVID-19 painting times may vary).
